10 Projects Voted for 2023

The major Fall CARD Meeting was conducted on October 20th and 21st at WPI in Worcester, MA. It was a great meeting with 16 project updates and 14 posters from students. Our IAB members were very complimentary of the venue, food, and student progress this year, and they voted for 10 additional projects for 2023. The new combination oven at WPI developed with CARD member, Reading Bakery Systems, created a great deal of buzz and initial testing has begun on the unit.
